Exchanges & Returns
Purchases may be exchanged or Refunded within ten days from the original purchase date. Store credit is permitted after ten days of purchase. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Special Orders
We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 30% nonrefundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the clients request.
Layaway Refund
Refunds on layaway merchandise will be given within 10 days of the deposit date. After ten days no refund or credit card credit will be given.
NSF Fees
A $20.00 fee will be charged for any check which does not clear the customer’s bank.
Colored Gemstone enhancement disclosure
Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. All colored gemstones listed on the front of the sales slip have probably been subjected to stable an possibly undetectable enhancement processes. All relevant information will be provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade.Prices are subject to change without notice.
